In the heart of central Nevada’s rugged landscape, our journey began in the early 2000s when our family joined forces with lifelong friends to manage an extraordinary ranching operation. Spanning nearly 3 million acres—comparable to the entire state of Connecticut—this venture taught us invaluable lessons about sustainable ranching and respect for the land. While we no longer operate these group of ranches, we want to honor our commercial cattle experience.

The RO Ranch (10-12 lbs) The most productive historic property inspired this collection, featuring prime cuts like Brisket and Flank Steak. These cuts represent the best of our regenerative grazing practices, delivering exceptional flavor and quality.
The Monitor (10-12 lbs) Honoring the most remote ranch, this collection includes specialized cuts like 7 Bone Chuck and Sirloin Tip Roast—perfect for those who appreciate traditional, robust beef flavors.
R9 Select (~20 lbs) Our signature offering combines premium ground beef with select cuts like Top Sirloin and New York Steak, providing the perfect variety for families who value quality and versatility.
